That's why, to give you peace of mind, we stand behind our installation with a one-year workmanship warranty.
If your fence sags, a latch breaks, or another issue arises within one year of installation (not due to external causes, such as being struck), we'll cover the repairs. With more than 20 years of experience building and installing fences throughout the Piedmont Triad Region, we have the confidence and pride to stand by our work and guarantee your satisfaction with your fence.
The workmanship warranty covers all of our fences and fence materials for one year. In addition, we also proudly offer limited lifetime warranties on the manufacturing of our aluminum and vinyl fence products.
Aluminum Products Warranty
Diversified Fence Builders, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of our aluminum fence products a limited lifetime warranty that our aluminum products will be free from defect in workmanship and that our coating will not crack, chip, or peel, and will not rust. Custom aluminum gates do not carry a warranty.
This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by use other than that which the fence material has been designed for, negligence, alteration, accident, improper storage or installation, abuse, misuse, vandalism, acts of war or acts of God. The above constitutes the complete warranty by Diversified Fence Builders, Inc., and no other agreement, written or implied, is valid. No person is authorized to change or modify this warranty.
This warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required. Aluminum products must be purchased from Diversified Fence Builders, Inc. and installed in accordance with installation guidelines and applicable codes and restrictions.
Vinyl Products Warranty
Diversified Fence Builders, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its vinyl fencing products are free of defects in workmanship and materials and that, in the course of normal and proper use, its vinyl products will not chip, peel, blister, flake or have abnormal weathering colorations. Gate workmanship, including joint fasteners and adhesives, is covered under our one-year workmanship warranty. Custom gates do not carry a warranty. The warranty on tan or other non-white products does not cover normal color fade due to weather and sunlight.
